FunFriends conține jocuri de petrecere, inclusiv jocuri de tip „drinking game" (jocuri asociate cu consumul de alcool), destinate exclusiv persoanelor de 18 ani sau peste. Prin confirmarea porții de vârstă declari, pe propria răspundere, că ai vârsta minimă legală pentru consumul de alcool în țara în care te afli.
FunFriends oferă doar regulile și conținutul unui joc — nu bauturi, nu supraveghere, nu recomandări medicale. Orice consum de alcool în timpul jocului rămâne exclusiv alegerea și responsabilitatea ta. Poți oricând adapta regulile (de exemplu, înlocuind penalizările cu băutură cu altceva) sau poți juca fără alcool — platforma funcționează identic. Nu bea și nu conduce; joacă responsabil, cunoaște-ți limitele și pe ale celor din jurul tău.
Nu ai nevoie de cont, parolă sau email ca să joci. Poți juca singur, pe un dispozitiv (mod local), sau împreună cu alții, într-o cameră creată temporar (mod online). Camerele nu sunt permanente — se închid automat după inactivitate sau când toți jucătorii pleacă, iar conținutul lor (nume, mesaje, progres) nu este păstrat după aceea. La unele jocuri (de exemplu, „Două Adevăruri și o Minciună"), scrii chiar tu textul afișat celorlalți din cameră. Ești singurul responsabil pentru ce scrii — evită conținut ilegal, amenințări, hărțuire sau orice ar încălca drepturile altcuiva. Acest text nu este stocat de noi după ce camera se închide; există doar cât ține runda respectivă, transmis direct celorlalți jucători din camera ta.
FunFriends este oferit „ca atare", fără nicio garanție că va fi disponibil neîntrerupt, fără erori sau mereu accesibil. Este un proiect independent, găzduit cu resurse limitate — pot exista întreruperi temporare (mentenanță, actualizări, probleme tehnice) fără notificare prealabilă.
În limita permisă de lege, FunFriends și persoana care îl operează nu sunt răspunzători pentru niciun prejudiciu direct sau indirect rezultat din folosirea platformei — inclusiv, dar fără a se limita la, consecințe ale consumului de alcool, conflicte între jucători sau conținut introdus de alți utilizatori. Folosești platforma pe propriul risc.
Regulile, întrebările și textele jocurilor (băncile de conținut) aparțin FunFriends și sunt puse la dispoziție doar pentru folosirea platformei, nu pentru reproducere sau redistribuire în alte scopuri, fără acordul nostru.

These terms apply whenever you use FunFriends (funfriends.ro). By using the platform, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
FunFriends contains party games, including "drinking game" style content (games associated with alcohol consumption), intended exclusively for people 18 or older. By confirming the age gate, you declare, on your own responsibility, that you have reached the legal minimum age for alcohol consumption in your location.
FunFriends only provides a game's rules and content — not drinks, supervision, or medical advice. Any alcohol consumption during play remains entirely your own choice and responsibility. You can always adapt the rules (for example, replacing drink penalties with something else) or play without alcohol at all — the platform works identically either way. Don't drink and drive; play responsibly, and know your own limits and those of the people around you.
You don't need an account, password, or email to play. You can play alone, on one device (local mode), or together with others in a temporary room (online mode). Rooms aren't permanent — they close automatically after inactivity or once every player leaves, and their contents (names, messages, progress) aren't kept afterward. Full details on what data temporarily exists while you use the site are in the Privacy Policy.
In some games (for example, "Two Truths and a Lie"), you write the text shown to the rest of your room yourself. You're solely responsible for what you write — avoid illegal content, threats, harassment, or anything that would violate someone else's rights. We don't store this text after the room closes; it only exists for the duration of that round, sent directly to the other players in your room.
FunFriends is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or constant availability. It's an independent project run on limited resources — temporary interruptions (maintenance, updates, technical issues) may occur without prior notice.
To the extent permitted by law, FunFriends and the person operating it are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform — including, but not limited to, consequences of alcohol consumption, conflicts between players, or content submitted by other users. You use the platform at your own risk.
The rules, questions, and texts used in the games (the content banks) belong to FunFriends and are made available only for use of the platform, not for reproduction or redistribution for other purposes without our consent.
The platform may display ads through Google AdSense, to help cover hosting costs. Details on how this works (cookies, data) are in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms. The date above reflects the last update.
